Asymptotic form for model classes of complex systems approximately describing processes in them is proposed and justified. Identification peculiarities for such model classes are considered. On the basis of finitedifference
approximations it is described the method, which combines
nonparametric and structure-parametric identification that allows one to construct reduced models agreed in accuracy with errors in initial data.

Game problem of approach of trajectory of quasilinear conflict-controlled process with cylindrical terminal set under the presence of variable delay is considered. Sufficient conditions of approach in the class of quasiand
stroboscopic strategies were obtained by the method of resolving functions. Example of the pursuit problem with quasilinear delay in dynamics of evader is given.

In system positions the viewpoint consideration was given to modern trends of underground space development of megacities. The complex natural and technical geosystem "geourbanistics − geological environment" was highlighted to open up possibilities of introducing a systematic methodology of underground space development, increasing the volume and risk optimization of underground construction. For an objective justification of
future development of underground megapolises there was employed the method of morphological analysis.

normal distribution law
A technology has been developed which allows one to separate the density function of normal distribution of the useful component from the density function of the process noise distribution. A technology for calculating the parameters of the normal distribution of the useful component has been proposed. Computational experiments have been conducted for the case when the noise complies with the normal distribution law and for the case when it does not. The necessity of using the described characteristics in
systems of monitoring, control, diagnostics, forecasting, identification, management and others is demonstrated.

attitude determination algorithm
At the present time almost all methods of estimating spacecraft angular orientation parameters by vector measurements are based on Wahba's problem solution. In case of using quaternion for orientation description the
solving of Wahba's problem is reduced to finding the eigenvector corresponding to the maximum eigenvalue of Davenport's matrix. The main drawback of all known attitude determination algorithms using this approach is the fact that they do not have a precise solution and need application of numerical method that complicates their use aboard a spacecraft. The analytical solution of attitude determination problem via vector measurements in Davenport's formulation is obtained. The result of
numerical modeling of the proposed algorithm is presented.
