The theorems proved describe the structure of economy equilibrium states in the exchange economy model. The structure of property vectors is investigated under given structure of demand vectors at which the given price vector is the equilibrium one. On this basis we describe the general structure of the state of equilibrium and give characteristic of equilibrium state describing recession phenomenon. The developed theory is applied to investigate the state of Ukrainian economy.

Dynamic models of ecological-economic interaction in the economically structured society are offered. The models are formalized in spaces of variables which include liquid savings (liquid assets) involved in the economic structure of society groups, the price of the basic aggregate product, disposal rate on pollution and amount of pollution of environment. They are designed for simulation studies of dynamics of ecological-economic systems and developing appropriate recommendations for taking appropriate management decisions in practice.

Technology of prediction of organic compounds properties on the basis of artificial immune systems for determination of new candidate substances for drug is proposed. Detection of informative descriptors and pattern recognition is done by means of the principal component method and singular decomposition of matrixes. The suggested technology makes it possible to improve efficiency of modeling, reduce errors of energy estimates and enhance validity of prediction on designing new drugs of sedative action (barbiturates).

One of the steganoanalysis methods − the extended χ2-criterion, applied for detection of the information, embedded into the least significant bits of the JPEG images, is considered. The method is based on the comparison with a user-defined threshold of the averaged value of the χ2-function. As a result of calculation, the estimates of the stego histogram and value of the χ2-function as functions of the embedding rate and empty container histogram are obtained.

The paper deals with a game problem of approaching cylindrical terminal set for a dynamic system described by fractional differential equations subject to impulse effect at fixed time instants. By resolving functions method there are obtained the sufficient conditions for a terminal set approaching over a finite time. Theoretical results are illustrated by an example.

The problem of information synthesis of decision support system for pathological process diagnosing is considered within the frames of information-extreme intellectual technology based on maximization of information capacity of the system in the process of its learning. The influence of the training matrix forming method on functional efficiency of machine learning is investigated. Implementation of the algorithm was performed with the example of diagnosis of the spontaneous pneumothorax forms differed by etiology and disease course.

The mathematical model of the human gait with ankle hinged orthosis is built. The spring block is built-in into the orthosis design in order to increase unloading effect. The system of 9 rigid bodies (trunk and two two-link feet) joined by the cylindrical hinges is used for modeling. The active muscles forces and orthosis spring elastic forces are acting together in the orthosis joint. The elastic parameters stiffness optimization problem in order to minimize maximum value of the active forces torque (over double stride interval) in the orthotic joint is investigated. The methodology of the approximate solution construction of the formulated problem based on the generalized coordinates parametrization by the set of cubic smoothing splines, the inverse dynamic approach and numerical methods of the nonlinear mathematical programming is developed.

Algorithm of modeling of expert system for prediction of complications in patients is suggested by means of determination of separating hyperplane for convex hulls in the Rn space. Examples of usage of the mentioned algorithm in surgical practice are given.
