The problem of applying the projection-iteration method based on the simple iteration method to solving the numerical differentiation problem is investigated including the problem of finding a least admissible number of discrete time series elements for obtaining the time series derivative of the first order values with a given precision. The theorem of projection-iteration
method convergence is formulated, the error estimate is obtained. The program simulating the numerical differentiation problem solution is worked out, the comparative analysis of the suggested method and a computational scheme of projection type is carried out for the example of differentiation problem solution of determined class of functions.

The development of a method of nonlinear objects control with the evolving feedforward neural networks is considered. The neural networks are used to build a nonlinear model of the object which is then utilized for recursive prediction of the object behavior in the model predictive control system. Genetic algorithms used for the neural network training significantly speed up the training process. The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed control method.

The specific sequences of prime numbers, their properties are considered, operations on the considered sequences are introduced. The estimates for arrangement intervals of the prime numbers, the nearest to a given number, are obtained. An algorithm to approximate an arbitrary
rational number, using the elements of introduced sequences of prime numbers, is proposed. The statements for estimates of arrangement intervals of the prime numbers, nearest to a given integer, are proved. The obtained results enable one to substantiate the method of constructing triangular fuzzy numbers in the form of intervals, which boundaries are chosen using the
elements of special sequences of prime numbers.

Control problems for spatially distributed dynamical processes, described by linear differential model, are stated and solved. It is demanded that solutions of this model should agree by root-mean-square criterion with
continuously and discretely defined observations by initial boundary state of the process. According to this criterion system state is brought out to vicinity
of the desired state. We considered the cases of control of arbitrary combination of initial, boundary and distributed external dynamical exciting factors. Estimate of accuracy of the obtained solutions is given, and
conditions of their uniqueness are given.
