The systems of nonlinear differential equations with constant delay are under consideration. Nonlinearity of quadratic type is investigated. The system of equations are presented in special unified vector-matrix form. We investigate stability of stationary position of equilibrium state, which is located in the first quadrant of coordinate system. The second Lyapunov method is accepted as techniques for investigation of quadratic functions type with the Razumikhin condition.
Invariant Sets (Limit Cycles) of Families of Autonomous Nonlinear Discrete Systems

For a rather large family of autonomous nonlinear discrete systems the conditions for the existence of invariant sets (stable limit cycles) are determined. The algorithm for calculation of upper-bound interval estimates for the limit cycles is presented. The algorithm is illustrated with an example.
On the Pontryagin Lower Alternating Integral

New simplified schemes for the Pontryagin lower alternating integral are constructed. It is proved on the basis of these schemes that in linear differential game for initial states, to which the lower alternating integral is applied, there exists pursuit strategy with piecewise constant realization, which guarantees exact termination of pursuit.

An approach to the calculation of the weights of alternatives estimation criteria based on the experience of their multicriteria ranking, is proposed. It is believed that when it is difficult for an expert to estimate the alternatives and criteria weights cardinally, or by appropriate paired comparisons, one can search criteria weights based on the previous experience of ordinal estimation of alternatives by the specified criteria. The idea and a few modifications of the computation method of the weights are described, as well as the way of its generalization to the case when the expert judgments are given in the form of the fuzzy rankings of alternatives.

The optimal synthesis problem, associated with changes in the domain form, is considered. The system state is described by a system of differential equations relative to a pair of domains. It is shown that the conditions of the existence of the minimum of the considered functional and calculation of the optimal control by input data are associated with solution of the Riccati equation.

Methods, dealing with organization of simulation of forest fires in ARC with usage of Grid-medium by means of the distributed computer system of emergency situation simulation, are under consideration. Description of peculiarities, architecture as well as web-interface of user is given for it. Complex of alternating models of fire prediction was obtained, the procedure of adaptive organization of numerical experiment in Grid-medium was suggested.

The classical genetic algorithm and main problems, which originate on its implementation, are considered. Modification of the mentioned algorithm, which changes the way of formation of new pairs of descendants on the basis of the mechanism of biological apoptosis, is suggested. The notion of population saturation is introduced and it is suggested to use threshold of saturation for perfection of algorithm operation. We adduce the results of experimental investigations, which confirm efficiency of the suggested modifications on determination of extremums of multimodal functions.
