Control Synthesis of Nonlinear Objects under Uncertainty Conditions

Consideration is given to the problem of control synthesis of a family of discrete nonlinear control systems under measurement of the state vector with bounded disturbances. The initially stated problem of control synthesis as a generalization of Zubov problem is transformed into a symbiosis of Zubov problem and Bulgakov problem due to the presence of nonlinearity. The main result of the paper represents the analytical solution of the minimax synthesis problem.

Two types of conditions on the parameters of a conflict-controlled process that weaken the Pontryagin's classical condition are proposed. In every case, the terminal set is additionally introduced into the condition. In one of the types the condition is presented by two relations, in which certain matrix function plays a key role.

The controllability problem for linear hyperbolic equations with the third boundary condition is considered. The problem of existence of control transferring the object from initial state to final state is reduced to solvability of infinite-dimensional system of linear algebraic equations. The sufficient condition is obtained on satisfying of which this system has no solutions. This condition allows one to select the class of problems which have no solutions.

A method of solving the problem of decision making, in which the DM objective is given by a fuzzy set of clear preference relations, is proposed. The membership functions of fuzzy sets of weak and strongly effective alternatives are constructed, their properties and relationship are studied.

Small free and forced vibrations of a roller bearing have been investigated taking into account the finite contact area between the rolling body surface and the base bearing surface. It is shown that a decrease in the amplitude of free oscillations of the rolling body leads to free vibration frequency growing to infinity that represents a dynamic effect known as rattling. It is also stated that investigated bearing is a kind of filter to those external harmonic impacts whose frequencies are below a certain threshold value of the circular frequency ρ0.

The paper has proposed a method of developing computational scheme for investigating the system of ordinary differential equations describing the mean value and the variance of a random process defined by a stochastic differential equation in the form of the Langevin equation, the right-hand side of which satisfies the smoothness conditions allowing one to define the derivatives to obtain the solution of the second order inclusive. The method is based on the differential transformations.

Consideration has been given to fractional-differential mathematical model for investigating dynamics of locally nonequilibrium transfer processes in a geoporous medium saturated with saline solutions in isothermal and nonisothermal cases. Within the framework of this model the analytical solution of a boundary-value problem of consolidation of a geoporous clay massif of finite thickness in time-nonlocal conditions has been obtained.
