The technology of forming robust correlation matrices and robust normalized correlation matrices of the matrix equations of multidimensional stochastic objects, both in the presence of correlation between the useful signal and noise, as well as in its absence, is proposed. This results in the ability to provide adequate monitoring of the latent period of object transition to an emergency state, despite the fact that such classical conditions as stationarity and normal distribution law are violated.

The problem of constructing the integral dependence of the function of spatially distributed transverse dynamic displacements of the points of a thick elastic layer caused by external dynamic loads on its limit surfaces is solved. The obtained results are compared with the solution of the problem of the axisymmetric dynamics of the considered layer, which is constructed by contour integration of the three-dimensional Lame equations.

The paper informally describes the algorithm of framework separation of objects-entities for designing DB schemes in accordance with the new model of data − relational framework. New classification of objects-entities is offered. One of the possible algorithms of automated synthesis of a framework scheme of a relational DB is offered. The necessary and sufficient conditions of the existence of economy equilibrium are obtained in an exchange economy model. The sufficient conditions of branching of the strictly positive solutions to the system of equilibrium equations are found. On this basis classification of equilibrium states is given and application of the criticality notion of equilibrium state to the explanation of recession phenomenon is considered. The technique is proposed to detect an economy system approach to the state of recession.

A generalized fractional differential mathematical model of studying the dynamics of the locally-nonequilibrium in time geomigration processes is considered. The nonlinear boundary value problem, corresponding to this model, is formulated, the technique of its numerical solution is developed and the results of numerical experiments are given.
