The effect of the transitive edges on the optimality of parallel ordering constructed by the algorithm based on the lexicographical principle is considerd. The sufficient condition under which the transitive edges will not affect the optimal solutions, obtained with this algorithm, is proposed. The class of graphs, giving the nonbranching arithmetic expressions is investigated, and it is proved that for these graphs the existence of transitive edges also will not affect the optimality of the solution, obtained by the algorithm.

We consider robust approach to radial basic networks training under the presence of measurement noise, which have asymmetric distributions. For minimization of the suggested asymmetric functionals the algorithms of Gauss−Newton and Levenberg−Marquardt are used. Estimation of noise parameters is done by the algorithm of stochastic approximation. Results of modeling, which confirm efficiency of the suggested approach, are stated.

Model of bank operation is proposed. Integral equation of banking failure is obtained and its solution is constructed. Depending on parameters of investment medium this solution is investigated. We specify the value of bank capital, for which probability of banking failure during certain period of bank activity is estimated only by probability of unavoidable risk, which is defined as probability of potential of loss of a part of invested capital in the case of disadvantageous economic situation. The value of this capital is called as volume of bank capitalization.
