In kinematic approximation for single-link and three-link wheeled transport robot the problem of control of robot maneuvering is considered. Maneuver includes both phase of forward motion of robot and phase robot motion in reverse direction. We adduce relation, which enables optimal values of rotation angle of steering wheel at the beginning of every phase of robot motion to be selected. Results of modeling showed efficiency of the suggested control algorithm.

The computational scheme of ordinary differential equations integration with the automatic step size and order selection of the scheme developed on the basis of differential Taylor transformation is offered. The adaptation at each step of integration is conducted based on providing the desired precision at the minimum computational efforts. The results of simulation are presented.

We consider parabolic equation in n-dimensional space with nonlocal nonlinear potential of convolution type, which generalizes the Kolmogorov−Petrovskiy−Piskunov equation. Uniqueness of the Cauchy problem solution was proved and estimates for this solution were obtained.

We suggest usage of the methods of complexation of analogs, the Mamdani controller for analysis and prediction of metrics for estimation of activity of staff of software maintenance department. We developed software, which realizes this technique as well as the method of exponential smoothing, which is used for comparison of productivity and quality of prediction. The conducted experiments showed high efficiency of the methods. Recommendations for methods usage for prediction of different samplings are adduced.

An algorithmic approach to studying the queuing models with finite queues and jump-like properties is developed. It is assumed that upon a low priority call arriving, one call of such kind with certain probability can be transferred to the end of the queue of high priority calls. Transfer probability depends on the state of the queue of heterogeneous calls. The algorithms for calculating the quality of service metrics of such queuing models are proposed.

We consider the problem of educational timetable as multidimensional problem of linear programming. Mathematical statement of the problem with determination of subjects of timetable, target function and a system of agreed constraints is adduced. Method and algorithm of problem solving consist in its reduction to standard one-dimensional problem of linear programming. Problems of integer-valued solution and usage of main memory are discussed.

The four-stage model of the disease was considered, where the residence time for every stage had the Gompertz distribution. The transition probabilities were calculated. For this purpose, the distributions of the total residence time at the disease stages was shown.
