We substantiated embedding secret message into the container according to the given stability criterion. The example is given and interrelation between stability criterion and length of embedded message is ascertained. We estimate potential length of embedded message and distortion of two first moments of probabilistic distribution of coefficients of empty container for embedding binary message.

We described generalization of the method of determination of coefficients of relative value of criteria on the basis of ordinal estimates of alternatives in the case of criteria hierarchy of "tree" type. The article contains problem statement, description of stepwise operation of algorithm and results of its testing, as well as illustrative examples and table, which explains work of the described algorithm.

The regression problem of determining the concentration of substances in solutions based on a mathematical model of parallel factor analysis (PARAFAC-model) is considered. The estimations of parameters of the regression PARAFAC-model are given. Theorems about properties and distributions of the estimations of parameters of the regression PARAFAC-model are proved. Statistical procedures for hypotheses testing in the PARAFAC-regression problem, which enable to make a justified decision about the quantity and concentration of substances in solutions, are developed.

On the basis of assumption about a weakly turbulent state of the magnetospheric plasma the model of the nonlinear "black box" for prediction of its state is proposed. It is also assumed that a weakly turbulent state of the environment is caused by the influence of the solar wind velocity and southern component of the interplanetary magnetic field on the magnetospheric plasma. Such state of the plasma can be described by local Lyapunov exponents that characterize the sensitivity of the dynamics of magnetospheric plasma to perturbations of the magnetospheric field and are widely used for the analysis of observed data. The nonlinear discrete dynamic model of the state of the magnetospheric plasma, based on the decomposition of nonlinear perturbations of the magnetospheric field in a series by correlation functions, is proposed. This model allows to predict behaviour of the Dst-index (or a state of the space weather) on the time interval of about 100 hours under the conditions of the absence of anomalous disturbances in the solar wind.
