The method of computing group coordinated objects rankings with regard for relative competency of the experts in the group with the use of feedback with the experts for the purpose of achieving sufficient agreement of the set of individual rankings is proposed. The methods of computing of the concordance coefficient of the set of individual rankings taking into account experts competency and threshold values of this coefficient are proposed. As well as the procedure of computing recommendations to experts, which fulfillment results in improvement of agreement of the set of individual rankings, and the procedure of computing group ranking by the sufficiently coordinated set of individual rankings are proposed.

On the basis of multidimensional matrix approach we developed algorithm, which realizes alternating least square method for PARAFAC-model. Theorems about decomposition of three-linear and multi-linear PARAFAC-models were proved. Results of realization of the algorithm and conclusions concerning areas of application of PARAFAC-model and PARAFAC-algorithm are adduced.

The principles and strategy of control algorithm synthesis of computer network state intended for dynamic objects connection in informational-controlling systems are defined. The formulation of control synthesis problem is presented. The given formulation is subdivided into two subtasks. The first problem is a problem on a network structure and its operational makeup determination. The second problem is a logic-dynamic problem on determining a logical controlled network architecture and its logic-operational makeup. By the example of a system “dynamic user − dynamic network − dynamic user” consideration is given to the classes of rational cyclic processes of network arrangement. The problem-situational filtering of all set of possible cycles is proposed based on immersion principle.

The method for synthesis of perfect two-dimensional arrays (PTA) on the basis of a Kronecker product of two perfect one-dimensional arrays is proposed. Two algorithms for PTA synthesis are considered. It is shown that the PTA synthesis method can be generalized and used for synthesis of perfect r-dimensional arrays.

The state of the art in the field of circumterrestrial space pollution while carrier rocket launching is considered. The conclusion is drawn that the promising direction in investigating the circumterrestrial space pollution is perfecting the technique of space debris small fragments simulation. The requirements on the mathematical model of space debris cloud growth dynamics are developed.
