The method of integral quadratic estimates forming for linear automatic control systems is considered and the algorithms of their estimation are developed. To represent the extent of stability algebraic conditions breaking, which determine the definitional domain of an estimate, we introduce the vector penalty function. To minimize integral quadratic estimates for any initial point of the space of variable parameters, we introduce a vector objective function. The algorithms of its computation are developed and comparison of their effectiveness is carried out.

The problem of determination of conditions of robust stabilization of linear stationary objects with prescribed multiple estimates of their parameters, is studied. This means, we consider the problem of finding existence conditions of such linear feedback by the state vector, which ensures asymptotic stability of the whole class of closed-loop discrete control systems. On the basis of sufficient conditions of asymptotic stability of linear discrete systems of this class of control systems, easily verified conditions of robust stabilization are derived.

For a controllable differential system uniform approximation of sliding modes was considered by means of trajectories generated by piecewice-constant controls. The conditions of solution uniqueness associated with each control were not imposed. Two discrete rules of extremal shift were investigated. It was shown that 1) by a discrete version of Kryazhimskii method one can approximate some trajectories of the bundle generated by the given generalized control; 2) there exist generalized trajectories which are not approximated by admissible trajectories; 3) if the controllable system satisfies the conditions of Kanke general uniqueness theorem, then any arbitrary sliding mode is approximated by Krasovskiy extremal shift rule.

We obtained sufficient conditions of exponential stability with unitary probability of solutions of linear stochastic differential equations with delay. A stochastic model of course of sea liner was considered and sufficient conditions of course stabilization of sea liner with Weiner and Poisson perturbations are obtained.

The new access strategy to the common buffer of an integral network node, used simultaneously by packets of real and unreal time, is offered. According to this strategy, real time cells, which have been received, may displace in an overfilled buffer unreal time cells, if the quantity of real time packets is less than certain value. Effective algorithms of calculation and optimization of the quality characteristics of multi-type packets service are developed. Results of computing experiments are quoted.

Possible characteristic cases of flow forming depending on values of controlling potential in the interval or perturbations of one of streamlines, which does not exceed values of potentials on boundary equipotential lines. On the basis of a modification of the method of total maps we obtained a characteristic stream function, present examples of constructing a dynamic grid, velocity field, forming different overflows. At that we single out several kinds of (key) problems of finding those values of controlling potential, which ensure optimization of some functionals (flows, sources, drains).
