We consider some determinative factors and peculiarities of complex legacy informating-controlling systems in automatic control systems of process technology and suggest the concept of creation of integrated reengineering environment of these systems. The general architecture and the system of domain ontologies for construction of the conceptual information model are suggested.

We consider the problem of optimization of trajectories, controls and parameters of a propulsion system of a spacecraft, which performs manoeuvre of changing osculating parameters of an elliptic orbit. Spacecraft is equipped with the engine of low thrust with an accumulator of energy, which makes it possible to perform energy redistribution, which is generated by an onboard source of energy according to level of reactive acceleration. This provides achievement of goal of a manoeuvre with maximal value of ratio of a mass of useful load to the initial mass of the spacecraft. We consider a manoeuvre with variation of only one orbital parameter during one rotation around the centre of attraction as the elementary one. We consider motion in the Newtonian central gravity field. Optimization of controls is realized with application of the Pontryagin maximum principle. Linearized motion equations are integrated in elementary functions. Optimization of parameters of the propulsion system is performed numerically. We present results of calculations, which make it possible to estimate effectiveness of inclusion of accumulators of energy into the propulsion system of constant thrust.

Mathematical models of rotational motion of a rigid body controlled by superfluous gyrodin systems are considered. Algorithms of magnetic unloading and control of gyrosystems are suggested. These algorithms ensure prescribed attitude of a spacecraft and are optimal with respect to damping of the gyrosystem state function.
Digital Meter for Active, Reactive and Full Power of Periodic Signals of Complicated Format

We propose engineering solution of a digital meter of active, reactive and full power of periodic signals of complicated signal format, as well as the equivalent power factor. Operation of the meter is based on the method of excess metering of physical quantities with automatic correction of systematic errors of results of metering with nonlinear function of transforming of measuring converter. This approach is developed by the author together with electrothermal method of metering of power of periodic signals of complicated format. Potential of application of new generation of thermosensitive piezoresonant converters for realization of multiplication operations of two magnitudes is shown.

Based on the theory of continuous groups and fractal analysis mathematical and computer-based models of information processes in visual feedback control systems are constructed. We carried out synthesis of visual control algorithms and models realization by means of the program-computing system FraViC (Fractal Visual Control).
Non-Stationary Modes of Hopping Apparatus Movement

The control algorithms of non-stationary mode of a hopping apparatus movement are considered. The problem of movement start is considered. This problem is considered for both the model of a hopping apparatus with a weightless leg (for this model the analytical solution is presented) and for the model with weighty leg. For this model of hopping apparatus the problem of movement start was formulated as the variational one. For its solution the numerical algorithm based on the quasilinearization method is offered. Examples of start-off problem solutions are considered. With these examples the comparison of characteristics of acceleration of models with weightless and weighty leg is carried out.
