Using properties of pseudoinverse matrices and Hermite polynomials, we obtained the algorithms of nonlinear control of a quaternion, stabilization of rotary motions of a rigid body, terminal reorientation of a rigid body with the use of feedback laws of control. The structure of obtained equations is convenient for investigation of control problems of rotary motion of a rigid body. We gave the effective girodin devices-based algorithms of terminal control of rotary motion of a rigid body, program trajectories in the form of Hermitian splines being used.

The paper suggests using method of linear programming for forming daily capacity schedule of power generating systems. Mathematical formulation of the problem is performed and mathematical models of operation for different types of power stations are given. Using developed tools, a practical, based on actual data, problem of ordering possible daily capacity schedule for power stations of Kyiv region is solved.

In the paper the plane problem on the forced oscillations of a heavy homogeneous ball in the spherical groove of the inverted pendulum under the influence of the external periodic disturbing force is formulated on the basis of Appel approach. The spherical groove with the inverted pendulum can turn round unmoved axis through the small angle j, the ball rolling over the spherical groove without sliding.

Results of experimental research of 11 methods for getting the cardinal expert estimates without expert feedback are represented. The following parameters of methods are determined: the consistency coefficient of estimates given by several experts, the mathematical expectation of relative error for relative objects weight determination, the mathematical expectation of time for getting estimates. The selection of objects under estimation are well-grounded, the methods analyzed and algorithms of processing the results are described. Results of experimental data processing are represented.
The Use of Fuzzy A Priori Information for Estimation of Regression Parameters

A method of a priori information consideration, based on description of definition domain of regression parameters by equality constraints and by inequality constraints, where either right-hand or left-hand parts of constraints are prescribed fuzzy, is suggested. Statistical properties of estimates are studied. The described technique is applied for derivation of models of non-stationary stochastic systems, which can be reduced to a model of regression with switchings.

We considered the method of images fractal compression. The algorithm of clustering by means of artificial Kohonen neural networks was constructed. Results of work of the algorithm on real images at different parameters of the used neural networks are given.
