A manipulator is considered as a control system of rigid bodies. Problems of parameterization of an open-loop trajectory and synthesis of a stabilization system are studied. The proposed procedure of parameterization allows us to use the well-known algorithms for the choice of the speed of motion of a manipulator with regard to potentialities of actuators. The synthesis of the stabilization system is carried out by using a Lyapunov function. An example of synthesis of an adaptive control algorithm of a manipulator is considered.

This paper is devoted to the problem of synthesis of the quasicontinuous controlling medium for the stabilization of weakly inertial electrodynamical objects. The author proposes the resonance chain with parametric stimulation as an elementary subsystem. The processes in the subsystem are described by a linear stationary operator with a small periodic perturbation. In order to study the characteristics of the chain, the frequency shift method is used, and the influence of the structure of generalized forces acting in the subsystem to the properties of this system was estimated. This analytical method shows us the direction of modification of the chain for the purposes of synthesis of the controlling device with the required properties.

The methods for obtaining the parametric families of ellipsoids containing the intersection of the initial ellipsoid with a cylinder or with an arbitrary number of layers, each of which is bounded by two parallel hyperplanes are proposed. The algorithms for estimation parameters and the initial state of multivariable control objects are developed under the assumption that the vector of errors of observation satisfies the given quadratic or geometric constraints. The algorithms are not sensitive (robust) to the errors in the a priori estimates and computational errors.

The influence of discretization methods to properties of digital models of a continuous system is studied. The object of the study consists in an oscillation system of the second order, which is discretizated by using formulas of numerical integration, the state space equation, and the method of invariance of the impulse characteristic. An equivalent proper frequency and equivalent damping coefficient are introduced in order to estimate characteristics of free oscillations of the discrete system of the second order.

Set-Like Filtration
154-164
10.1615/JAutomatInfScien.v30.i4-5.170
By using the set-like approach, the statement and solution of the filtration problem of noised signals are considered in the case where the noise is a realization of a stationary uncertain process. The procedure for set-like filtration is described in the general case by difference equations of set evolution. A constructive solution is presented in the case where a model of "generator" of an informative signal that is linear in parameters is accepted. A set of linear inequalities that determine a posterior estimator of the vector of parameters in the form of a polyhedral set is obtained.

A control (optimal in the sense of the time-optimal fuel expenditure) problem of the angular altitude (stabilization) of a spacecraft is considered in the continuous- as well as in discrete-time statement. The synthesis of an optimal control algorithm for chosen performance indices is carried out on the base of the minimum principle and reachable sets that are constructed in the plane of the turn angles and on whose boundaries switchings of the optimal control are realized. An analysis of the results obtained is performed, which allows one to find a one-to-one correspondence between the duration of the optimal steering and a given turn angle of the spacecraft.
