The foundation of this approach have been laid mainly owing to the brilliant physical intuition of V. P. Shestopalov. Apparently, he was the first who had seen the significance of the intermode interaction of eigenfields and who made great efforts to launching investigations in this area. The work has been prepared in memory of the outstanding scientist, V. P. Shestopalov, academician of the Ukraine National Academy of Sciences. %8 2001-09-20
