A comparison with previously published work has been carried out and the results are found to be in good agreement. Graphical representation of the local skin-friction coefficient, the local Nusselt number, and the local Sherwood number as well as the temperature profiles has been presented to show interesting aspects of the numerical solutions. It is found that the local Nusselt number increases with increase in the Dufour number whereas reverse effect is found on the local Sherwood number.
