The Impact Factor measures the average number of citations received in a particular year by papers published in the journal during the two preceding years. 2017 Journal Citation Reports (Clarivate Analytics, 2018) IF: 1.1 To calculate the five year Impact Factor, citations are counted in 2017 to the previous five years and divided by the source items published in the previous five years. 2017 Journal Citation Reports (Clarivate Analytics, 2018) 5-Year IF: 1.3 The Eigenfactor score, developed by Jevin West and Carl Bergstrom at the University of Washington, is a rating of the total importance of a scientific journal. Journals are rated according to the number of incoming citations, with citations from highly ranked journals weighted to make a larger contribution to the eigenfactor than those from poorly ranked journals. Eigenfactor: 0.0002 The Journal Citation Indicator (JCI) is a single measurement of the field-normalized citation impact of journals in the Web of Science Core Collection across disciplines. The key words here are that the metric is normalized and cross-disciplinary. JCI: 0.33 SJR: 0.256 SNIP: 0.49 CiteScore™:: 2.4 H-Index: 23

RÉSUMÉ

The spray characteristics of a newly developed Y-jet-type airblast atomizer which embeds a fluid amplifier to control a mean droplet diameter automatically were measured. The fluid amplifier has a high reliability and high durability since it has no moving part to control the liquid flow. The newly developed atomizer has two kinds of ports, that is, smaller port which has smaller inner diameter and larger port which has larger inner diameter. Fine droplets are ejected from the smaller port, and relatively coarse droplets are ejected from the larger port. The fluid amplifier controls the liquid distribution to two kinds of ports so that as the total liquid flow rate increases the liquid flowing into smaller ports increases relatively. It was found that the bistable amplifier is suitable to adjust the liquid distribution to respective ports. Sauter mean diameter stays within the accuracy of twenty microns in the present experimental range of liquid flow rate and atomizing air flow rate. Comparing the atomizers which have different inner diameters of larger port, the mean diameter decreases with decrease of the inner diameter. On the other hand, by the experiments using the atomizers which have the same inner diameter and the different length of larger port, minimum mean diameter was obtained by the atomizer with L/D of around 2.0.
