DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE PROPERTIES IN VISCOUS FLUID

RÉSUMÉ

The differential properties of the pressure distribution in a three-dimensional unsteady flow of viscous incompressible fluid are considered. For flow in a gravitational field, it is shown that the Laplacian pressure sets to zero on a streamlined solid surface. An example of the application of this property for verification of a well-proven numerical simulation method of flow over a cylinder is given.
