RÉSUMÉ

The surfaces of electrospun nanofibers are attracting more and more attention of researchers. The paper describes the fabrication of nonsmooth nanofibers and presents a theoretical analysis to explain the phenomenon. The theory is of great importance for biomimic design of superhydrophobic biomaterials.
