RÉSUMÉ
Impact of herbicide Consultant in form of suspension concentrate (SC) (active ingredient – nicosulfuron 40 g/l) on growth and reproduction of Ceriodaphnia affinis was studied in chronic experiments. Under concentration of 0.5 mg a.i./l reproduction stopped in II generation. Under 0.25 mg a.i./l statistically confident reducing of fertility was equal to 59%, under 0.1 - 40%, under 0.1 - 0.001 - 23.4 - 17.3%. Concentration 0.0001 mg a.i./l was ineffective for Ceriodaphnia affinis. Herbicide showed embryotoxic effect. High toxicity of low herbicide concentrations to crustaceans is supposed to be caused by preparation composition.
