RÉSUMÉ

The influence of fire-resistant coarse-grained fillers of different physical nature on the thermophysical properties of epoxy composites in the range of temperatures ΔT = 303–873 K was determined. The Martens temperature, thermal linear expansion coefficient, glass-transition temperature, shrinkage, and the thermal stability of the developed composites were investigated. Based on the researches carried out, it has been established that the composites filled with calcium aluminate particles to a content of q = 80 pts.wt. are characterized by the improved thermophysical properties. The quality of the obtained data has been proved by the correlation of experimental results and use of modern research methods—thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential thermal analysis (DTA)—by which the intensity of the thermal field impact on the processes of destruction of the developed materials has been confirmed additionally.
