RÉSUMÉ

The influence of variable technological loads on dynamic processes in machine units of rolling mills has been considered. The relations have been determined between elastically inertial parameters when oscillations of sizable amplitudes are exited to cause nonuniformity of dynamic moments in branching elastic shaftings.
