RÉSUMÉ

The conditions under which the processes in complex dynamic objects have equivalent description by differential equations not higher than the third-order are determined. The methods for describing such processes by models which are equivalent in cutoff frequency and critical frequency are considered. Computing algorithm for error estimation of equivalent replacement procedure of the linear dynamic object of a high order is proposed.
