NANOMODIFIED DISPERSED PARTICLES- AND SYNTHETIC FIBERS-FILLED EPOXY COMPOSITE MATERIALS FOR THE METAL- POLYMER TRIBOSYSTEMS OF TRANSPORT VEHICLES
RÉSUMÉ
The influence of the MoS2 and Mg3Si4O10(OH)2 dispersed fillers and synthetic discrete fibers on the tribological properties of epoxy composites was investigated. An analysis of the curves for the dependence of the operating temperature and friction coefficient of epoxy composites on the fillers content and traversed friction path make it possible to reveal the optimal weight ratios of fillers in material with improved operating characteristics. The mechanism underlying the wear of epoxy composites has been substantiated. The process of formation of a lubricant film of significant thickness due to the synergistic interaction of disperse particles and discrete fibers with the matrix friction products was studied, which additionally increases the load capacity and reduces the mass intensity of the wear of composites.
