MODIFICATION OF THE BRANCH AND BOUND METHOD TO DETERMINE THE EXTREMES OF MEMBERSHIP FUNCTIONS IN FUZZY INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS
RÉSUMÉ
The problem of increasing the reliability of decision-making in fuzzy intelligent systems is being solved. A modification of the branch and bound method for fuzzy volume data processing systems presented in natural language is proposed. The new interpretation of the method at each iteration is strengthened by the dichotomy and golden ratio approaches, which made it possible to improve decision-making efficiency by more accurately determining the extremes of membership functions. The computational complexity of the proposed mechanism for solving applied problems by the criterion of time costs is estimated. The software implementation of the modified method in a fuzzy intelligent system is implemented in the environment of object-oriented programming Python 3.6. Laboratory operation of the system has confirmed an increase in the reliability of making objective decisions in the medical subject area.
