EXPERIMENTAL ESTIMATE OF NOISE IMMUNITY FOR THE SHORT−RANGE NOISE PULSE RADAR SUBJECTED TO THE ACTION OF CONTINUOUS ACTIVE NOISES
RÉSUMÉ
The noise immunity estimates of correlation reception of a sequence of the short uncorrelated noise pulses of a broad spectrum (with a base of ~50 to 100) in the environment of continuous active noises, in particular, noise interference with a lumped spectrum, monochromatic noise and mixture of both, has been given. The character and degree of influence produced by noise pulses on the output signal of the tested correlation receiver as well as the influence produced by differences in the spectral and energy-producing parameters of the wanted noise signal and interference noises on the receiver noise immunity including low signal-to-noise ratio at the receiver input have been specified. The correlation receiver noise immunity thresholds have been defined using the aggregate of statistical indicators of the changes in the shape of cross-correlation functions.
