RÉSUMÉ

The possibilities and conditions for creating high-quality microwave resonance devices based on irregular and hybrid bulk and planar structures are considered. Theoretical model and practical experimental studies are conducted. Possible directions for practical use of such structures for local microwave diagnostics and improvement of microwave lighting lamps are proposed.
