Formalized Description of the Problems of Structural and Parametric Optimization and Control of Postal Service Systems

RÉSUMÉ

A formalized approach to describing systems of structural and parametric optimization and control of postal service systems is proposed. In solving the problem of structure synthesis (design), optimization of the technique for processing mailing units, selection of their mailing routes and schedule, a postal service system is regarded as a multilayer hierarchic system. Description of the system structure has been performed with the use of the graph theory.
