Prediction of the Maximum Achievable Levels of Reducing Intelligibility of Speech Masked by Band- and Power-Limited Noise Interference

RÉSUMÉ

The article presents the results of evaluating the levels of verbal intelligibility of speech in potential channels of verbal information leakage when the speech is masked by noise interference optimized over a spectrum. Optimization is accomplished on the basis of the position of the noise region relative to the reception band and distribution of noise power in the noise band.
