RÉSUMÉ

The results of theoretical and experimental studies of dynamic processes in the substances of polarized nuclear targets under the saturation of electron transition with extremally high frequency signal at the helium temperatures have been presented. The optimal conditions concerning the use of the given substances have been determined.
