Sinopsis

The system of knowledge is implemented by the integrated computing medium based on the concept of information technology. The stages of the problem area specification, its meeting by the tool software, development of the lacking tools and generation of the intelligence problem-oriented integrated computing medium are singled out in the paper. The basic set of the tools comprises an expert system - a shell, systems for supporting congnitive graphics and hyperstructural arrangement of knowledge, a system of visual programming. The concept and tool software are tested in the studies on thermal power plants and power systems.
