It has been found that the maximum concentration of chlorophyll in the ice accounted for 0.6 ug/L. Chlorophyta and Cyanophyta were found to be more resistant to the influence of a negative temperature as compared to other representatives of the algal flora. In winter, phytoplankton occurred mainly in the lower layer of ice, whereas in spring it was registered in its middle layer. %8 2001-08-01
