The model is based on the method of system dynamics. Three stages in the model development are considered: development of the conceptual model of a system, which reflects the main cause-effect relations between elements of the system; plotting of a system diagram of the model in the form of dynamic equations containing levels and flows united by feedback circuits; and formalization of the model. Simulation experiments with the model of a natural-economic complex showed adequate responses of the model to the changes of incoming levels. %8 2004-04-19
