Droplet sizes, in this regime are most difficult to predict theoretically and determine experimentally. On the basis of the author's theory and experiments, work [1] demonstrates that the droplet sizes generated in swirl atomizers depend only on their specific energy and fluid viscosity. In this work it is shown that this dependence is also responsible for drop size distribution. Experimental data present this new methodology. %8 2002-12-01
