It has been found that the LC5096 of the preparation for Daphnia magna and Ceriodaphnia affinis accounts for 41.0 and 40.4 mg/L, respectively. In acute experiments, the concentrations of the preparation of 50 and 75 mg/L proved to be lethal for Ceriodaphnia affinis. In chronic experiments, the lethal concentration of the preparation accounted for 25 mg/L. In this case, fecundity of the studied species of Crustacea decreased by 82.4%. The concentration of the preparation in the range between 0.001 and 0.1 mg/L had little or no effect on Ceriodaphnia affinis. %8 2002-10-02
