The Impact Factor measures the average number of citations received in a particular year by papers published in the journal during the two preceding years. 2017 Journal Citation Reports (Clarivate Analytics, 2018) IF: 1.2 To calculate the five year Impact Factor, citations are counted in 2017 to the previous five years and divided by the source items published in the previous five years. 2017 Journal Citation Reports (Clarivate Analytics, 2018) 5-Year IF: 1.4 The Immediacy Index is the average number of times an article is cited in the year it is published. The journal Immediacy Index indicates how quickly articles in a journal are cited. Immediacy Index: 0.3 The Eigenfactor score, developed by Jevin West and Carl Bergstrom at the University of Washington, is a rating of the total importance of a scientific journal. Journals are rated according to the number of incoming citations, with citations from highly ranked journals weighted to make a larger contribution to the eigenfactor than those from poorly ranked journals. Eigenfactor: 0.00066 The Journal Citation Indicator (JCI) is a single measurement of the field-normalized citation impact of journals in the Web of Science Core Collection across disciplines. The key words here are that the metric is normalized and cross-disciplinary. JCI: 0.34 SJR: 0.274 SNIP: 0.41 CiteScore™:: 2.8 H-Index: 37

SINOPSIS

Antimicrobial activity of 14 strains of 6 species of the genus Coprinus (family Coprinaceae, Agaricales s.l.): C. micaceus (Bull.: Fr.) Fr. VKM F-2945, VKM F-2946, C. delicatulus Apinis VKPM F-248, C. comatus (Mull.: Fr.) Pers. 2957, C. congregatus (Bull.) Fr. 2961, 3003, C. radiatus (Bolt.) Fr. 2965 , 2987, C. digitalis (Batsch) Fr. 2956, Coprinus sp. 2958, 2959, 2960-1, 2960-2, 3002 were studied. Antimicrobial activity was found in 13 strains. The test organisms selected for the antimicrobial activity study were Bacillus subtilis AONN 6633, B. mycoides 537, B. pumilis NCTC 8241, Leuconostoc mesenteroides VKPM B-4177, Micrococcus luteus NCTC 8340, Staphylococcus aureus FDA 209P, INA 00761, INA 00762, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Comamonas terrigena ATCC 8461, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Aspergillus niger INA 00760, Saccharomyces cerevisiae RIA 259, and Candida albicans INA 00763. The biosynthesis levels were different and in some strains activity was found only after extraction and concentration of biologically active substances from mycelium or cultural liquid. One strain demonstrated a wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity (against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria as well as against fungi); 3 strains against Gram-positive bacteria only; 5 strains against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria; 3 against Gram-positive bacteria and microfungi. Coprinus representatives are a possible source of antibacterial antibiotics.
