EXPERIMENTAL MEASURING OF THE INFRARED DIRECTIONAL EMISSIVITY OF MATERIALS

SINOPSIS

The measurement problems of the infrared directional emissivity of materials are discussed. An analysis of the multispectral measurements of the infrared directional emissivity for some materials with different surface qualities and the presence of lacquer coatings is given. An approach to obtain the computational/experimental dependence between the emissivity of the material and the lacquer coating thickness is considered.
