SINOPSIS
A mathematical model of combined generation of heat and electric energy for municipal heat-supply systems is developed. The model is used to construct the energy characteristics of a cogeneration plant consisting of a gas-turbine plant and a hot-water boiler. When updating the existing boilers, the gas-turbine plant should be chosen using the excess-air coefficient in the gas turbine that deter¬mines the control range of partial heat duty of the plant, which is specified by the season heat-supply schedule.
