Factors Determining Eggs' Quality in Different Fish Species (a Review)

On the basis of the literature data information is generalized on indexes of eggs' quality in different fish species. The effect of the food quality, age of broodstock, chemical composition of their body and metabolic processes in the female organisms, fattening conditions and broodstock keeping, and well as environmental factors on the eggs' quality was considered.
