SINOPSIS

Problems and methods for automation of the synthesis of algorithms for diagnostics of a high-speed memory chips are considered. The solution of the problem posed is based on the representations of the graphs of the address transitions in the form of incidence matrices and on further transformation of these matrices with the use of the proposed formulas.
