SINOPSIS

One of the effective methods of Earth observation from space is the use of a cluster of small spacecrafts (SC). Development of techniques of translational motion control ensuring SC secure operation, keeping and multiple transformation of cluster desired configuration is a condition of transfer to clusters real implementation. For linear cluster there are proposed the impulse control methods which are fuel-optimal and computing-effective ones. The effectiveness of the proposed methods is confirmed by simulation results.
