SINOPSIS

Presently, a new kind of wireless telecommunications — broadband radio access systems (BRAS) has been completely formed. They provide a complete set of broadband service of communication and broadcasting and make users free from wire dependence. BRAS represent a dynamically developing trend in radio access; they enable one to create a fixed wireless network of a scale of city, district and region and can also be integrated into a multimedia high-speed cable network as a radio means of "last mile".
