SINOPSIS
A class of conflict-controlled models of users interaction in the network is investigated. Impulse differential equations describe the game dynamics. Transmission control protocols are the player's controls. The existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium point is proved. The matrix of a network game is constructed, and characteristics of the equilibrium point depending on the parameter of user's sensitivity to the presence of congestion events are determined. The results are confirmed by simulation.
