SINOPSIS

Consideration was given to compliance of educational programs competence with national and international requirements. To compare the competencies of the educational program, professional standards and e-CF the work applies modular competence, ontological approaches and hierarchy analysis. The ontology is constructed that includes the given competences and determines their relations. The formation of individual trajectories of training educational programs taking into account the requirements of professional standards for the direction "Information and Communication Technologies" are considered. To assess the compliance of training results with the requirements of labor functions there is proposed the approach based on the hierarchy analysis method.
