Prediction of Radar Characteristics of a Perfectly Conducting Cavity within a Wavelength Range
SINOPSIS
Possibilities for prediction of radar characteristics of objects within a wavelength range are analyzed on the basis of the experimentally obtained initial data on scattering properties of objects, using a perfectly conducting cavity as an example. For the case of E-polarization of an incident plane electromagnetic wave, angular dependences of the scattering cross-section (SCS) were calculated numerically by the method of integral equations and SCS of perfectly conducting cavities within a wavelength range was predicted.
