ANALYSIS OF NOISE-IMMUNITY AND SPECTRAL EFFICIENCY WI-FI CHANNELS WITH LINEAR AND TWO-DIMENSIONAL ADAPTIVE ANTENNA ARRAY UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SEVERAL INTERFERENCES AND ONE SIGNAL
SINOPSIS
A comparative analysis of immunity (BER level) and spectrum efficiency (SE) of the Rayleigh Wi-Fi channels with linear and two-dimensional adaptive antenna arrays (AAA) under the influence of several interferences and a signal is performed for the particular case when the signal arrives from the direction near to the normal of AAA. Linear and square AAA consisting of four emitters are studied. It is demonstrated that under one interference action the communication channel with a square lattice according to the BER and SE parameters benefits significantly as compared to the case of the linear AAA application. The channel with a linear array is more efficient if the amount of interferences is two or three. The values of the signal-to-noise ratio at the AAA input, wherein a high quality of information transmission can be achieved, are defined.
