SINOPSIS

The aim of the present paper is to make theoretical and experimental studies into the further improvement of technology for producing domestic high-performance silicon space-oriented photoconverters and to map out priority lines towards developing novel design-technology approaches (DTA) that would yield the efficiency and mass-power characteristics typical of the best European analogs.
