Broadband Microwave Emitter on a Basis of Gas Discharge Plasma
SINOPSIS
The results of research of internal and external characteristics of an UHF-range radiator loop produced on a basis of cold plasma of a gas discharge are presented. It is shown that the frequency properties of the plasma emitter by input impedance and by radiation characteristics exceed the relevant parameters of usual dipole aerials. The way of determination of plasma conductivity is offered. It is shown that the amplification factor of such plasma emitter can be altered more than twice by regulating a value of a direct current of a gas discharge circuit.
