ABSTRAKT
A closed form, analytical model is derived with which the two-phase level in a PWR core can he predicted during conditions of severely reduced liquid mass inventory. The drift-flux parameters (Co and Vgj) in the model are optimized against existing data and the resultant model is evaluated for a typical large PWR.
