By means of the successive approximation technique, the governing equations for momentum and energy are solved. Numerical results are given and illustrated graphically for the particular problem when the free-stream velocity depends exponentially on time. The results obtained show that the temperature field is appreciably influenced by the presence of thermal radiation and heat generating source.
